She was Valedictorian of her high school class, and is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in Manila, Philippines, Cum Laude. I resided in Summit County Ohio for approximately 51 years being employed by the County Government the last 20 years of my employment. Starting out as a member of the Board of Review hearing property tax appeals and then spending 18 years as an Administrator in the Community and Economic Development, oversee various State and Federal Programs. The last 3 years I transferred to the County Fiscal Office being promoted to a Director of the Services Division.
